Tilbury Chrysler is a family run dealership in the Tilbury Auto Mall, strategically positioned between Chatham and Windsor. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional sales and service for a full line of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Summary**
We are looking to add both a New & Pre-owned Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the respective sales department, leading coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing sales team, managing inventory, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage, lead, and coach a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the department and monitor progress.
- Oversee and guide the sales process including desking deals, trade appraisals and meeting with customers and sales consultants.
- Monitor and manage vehicle inventory
- Ensure an excellent and seamless customer buying experience.
- Ensure staff is knowledgeable and compliant with OEM programs, and has a high level of product knowledge.
- Collaborate with service, finance, and parts departments to ensure dealership-wide alignment.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the sales team.
- Analyze key performance indicators and adjust processes or strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or similar role.
- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid G Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Clean criminal background check
Pay negotiable dependent on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
