- A lb er ta r e cogni ze d J o u r n e ym a n Cook C e r tifi c ation is preferred.
- M ust pos s e ss a valid Nat i onal or A lb er ta r e cogni z e d Food Safe C e r tifi c at e prior to working.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug/alcohol test.
