**Golden Oak Farms** is looking for reliable, horse-loving individuals with previous horse-handling and barn experience to join our team in full-time or part-time roles. Located just 7 minutes west of St. Albert (Alberta, Canada), we are passionate about providing exceptional care for our horses in a supportive and friendly environment.

**What we are looking for**:

- **REQUIRED**: Previous experience handling horses in a barn setting, with basic knowledge of equine care.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- A team
- oriented mindset and a passion for creating a positive atmosphere

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily care for horses, including feeding, blanketing, turnout, and basic wound care
- Clean and maintain stalls, fencing, equipment, and general barn maintenance
- Monitor the health and well-being of the horses, reporting concerns to management
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for horses, staff and clients
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth barn operations
