**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the team leader or Production supervisor, the Packline Operator is responsible for coordinating activities related to the production line by ensuring productivity in a clean and safe environment. The Operator must operate the equipment efficiently to meet productivity and product quality performance objectives, demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mindedness in order to optimize teamwork.

**Tasks**:

- Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule;
- Operate all the consoles and make the required adjustments to the various components of the equipment;
- Use different tools and/or equipment. Responsible for the tools made available to him;
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Find solutions to production problems;
- Coordinate the execution of tasks within his team (8 people);
- Provide staff training;
- Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.);
- Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards;
- Identify issues and improve quality standards;
- Actively participate in production meetings and share relevant information;
- Ensure the cleaning of premises and equipment in order to keep the work environment clean and safe;
- Participate in the development of OHS correction and prevention solutions;
- Complete the various reports;
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize the manufacturing process, work in continuous improvement mode to eliminate problems at the source.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience as a machine operator;
- Understand the operation of production equipment, have mechanical skills;
- Work in a structured way (organization and planning);
- Be in good physical shape;
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive;
- Ability to solve problems.
