**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed by clients.
- Maintain organization in all areas of the home to enhance overall efficiency and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
