Customer Service/order Processing Specialis

Join BILLY Footwear Canada as our new Customer Service/Order Processing Specialist in Delta, British Columbia. This combined role is designed for a highly efficient, tech-savvy individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the accurate picking and preparation of orders as well as assisting in the management and organization of warehouse inventory.

- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
- Utilize technology to ensure efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Assist in performing regular stock checks and updating inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and handling procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience
- Great attention to detail
- Technology savvy with great computer skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as in a small team
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level education preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
