**Overview**:
Parts by Tesloid is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our fast-growing team. If you have a background in automotive parts, a passion for Tesla vehicles, and strong sales instincts, this is your chance to be part of a company reshaping the Tesla aftermarket industry across North America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call auto body shops to promote and sell Tesla parts
- Handle incoming calls and assist shops with orders, pricing, and availability
- Create accurate insurance claim invoices for shop clients
- Respond to customer inquiries from marketing platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Facebook Ads
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and service
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with body shops and recurring clients
- Manage and update listings across digital marketing channels
- Lift and handle parts and packages up to 40 pounds regularly
- Use product knowledge to guide customers based on Tesla vehicle anatomy

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to sell and close deals
- Automotive or parts-related background is a must
- Familiarity with Tesla vehicle components and terminology
- Experience in customer service and/or inside sales
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and organization

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base pay
- Commission on every sale
- Monthly volume-based performance bonuses

Pay: $19.50-$20.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
