**POSTING DESCRIPTION**:

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- permanent positions need current BC ECE assistant, ECE and/or Infant Toddler license to practice.**
**- Casual staff need ECE assistant or ECE license to practice.**

**COMPENSATION: BEFORE WE**

**$20.74 per hour for permanent position**

**$18.45 for casual position or ECEA permanent position**

**Additional Wage Enhancement**:
**Though the Ministry of Child and Family Development there is an additional $4.00 per hour as per the ECE Wage Enhancement for B.C. ECE licensed staff. This is at the discretion of the Province of BC and may be modified or terminated at any time.**
