We are looking for a patient, attentive Daycare attendant to care for children, and take care of the day cares day to day operations (cleaning included).

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 12:45pm and Monday night 4pm - 8pm with the option for additional evenings.

The Daycare Worker will assist parents in a smooth transition to allow the children to play with age appropriate activities while the parents can enjoy their well deserved work out They will assist with sterilizing toys and play areas and other duties to ensure that the children are in a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

To be successful as a Daycare Worker, you should be thorough and caring with an eye for detail. You should be prepared to meet the physical demands of the position and have an understanding of the childhood development process.

**Daycare Worker Responsibilities**:

- Providing care for children, such as setting schedules with the front desk and routines, feeding, changing diapers, and cleaning rooms and toys.
- Developing and encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization.
- Maintaining a safe workplace by monitoring children.
- Helping children discover new interests.
- Ensuring children are displaying positive behaviors.
- Keeping records relating to child care while reporting to club manager and parents.
- Creating monthly staffing schedules
- Scheduling child care volunteers
- Cleaning

Daycare Worker Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- More education and experience may be required or preferred.
- Additional licenses, certifications, or training may be beneficial or required.
- Decisiveness, patience, and stamina to chase after, lift, or carry children.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attentiveness to the needs and safety of children.
