**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gold and Diamond Retail Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will play a vital role in promoting our products and ensuring that our store operates smoothly.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable information about Gold and diamond products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in technical sales, particularly in technology-related products.
