Duties include but are not limited to:

- Grass trimming,
- Planting, weeding, watering of flowerbeds,
- Hedge trimming during the summer months,
- Snow removal from property sidewalks and entrances of buildings while lying down sand/grit as warranted and daily garbage pickup,
- Assisting the Site Caretaker staff move ins and move outs,
- Showing suites to potential tenants,
- Delivering notices,
- Alternating phone coverage for emergencies every other weekend and covering the Caretaker on holidays,
- Additional duties as advised.
- A few years’ experience of landscaping maintenance
- Comfortable on ladder and use of maintenance equipment
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Able to deal with difficult people and situations
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties

Suite allowance & salary (negotiable) in exchange for duties.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are an asset.

Criminal record check REQUIRED

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Schedule:

- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
