**Position Summary**:
An embroider is a skilled professional who creates decorative designs, patterns, and logos on various fabrics using embroidery machines, hand embroidery techniques, or a combination of both. As an embroider, your primary responsibility is to produce high-quality embroidered products based on client specifications, ensuring attention to detail and artistic craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Embroidery Production: Operate embroidery machines to create embroidered designs on fabric or garments, following client specifications and design guidelines.

Design Interpretation: Interpret and understand design requirements provided by clients, including logos, patterns, or custom designs, and reproduce them accurately on the fabric.

Material and Thread Selection: Choose appropriate fabrics, threads, and stabilizers for each project, considering factors such as fabric type, design complexity, and desired outcome.

Set-Up and Machine Maintenance: Prepare embroidery machines for production, including hooping fabrics, threading machines, and adjusting settings. Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Digitization and Programming: Convert designs into digital formats suitable for embroidery machines using specialized software. Program machine settings and stitch parameters to achieve desired results.

Quality Control: Inspect embroidered products for quality, checking for accurate design placement, correct thread tension, clean stitches, and overall visual appeal. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage workflow efficiently, and meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clients, design teams, or colleagues to clarify design specifications, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or modifications required.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of embroidery supplies, including threads, stabilizers, and other materials, ensuring an adequate supply for ongoing projects.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production details, including design specifications, thread colors, machine settings, and any relevant notes for future reference.

**Requirements**:
Embroidery Skills: Proficient in using embroidery machines (Tajima 4-Head) and hand embroidery techniques to create intricate designs on fabric or garments.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate reproduction of designs and consistent quality in the finished products.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with embroidery machines, digitization software, and related tools used in the embroidery process.

Knowledge of Fabrics and Threads: Understanding of different fabric types and their embroidery compatibility. Knowledge of various threads and their characteristics to achieve desired effects.

Time Management Skills: Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines without compromising quality.

Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with clients, design teams, and colleagues to understand requirements and provide updates or suggestions.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Flexibility to handle different fabrics, design complexities, and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the embroidery process.
