We are looking for a skilled **Telecommunications Field Manager** to lead our field operations and maintain high standards across the board.

**About the Role**

This is a **working manager** position, combining leadership with hands-on support in the field. You'll be the key connection between our crews, clients, and internal teams. If you’re experienced, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day field operations across multiple telecom job sites
- Work closely with the Project Management Team to align project goals and schedules
- Ensure sector-leading quality assurance standards are upheld on every job
- Track productivity and job costs in real time
- Allocate and manage crews, tools, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Plan and coordinate material orders and pickups
- Support crews directly in the field as needed to maintain momentum
- Enforce the company Health & Safety Program using **SiteDocs**:

- Conduct safety meetings and site audits
- Maintain accountability for company vehicles and tools
- Liaise with clients and address site-level concerns professionally
- Review field documentation and ensure accurate reporting (project data sheets, photos, redlines)
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of field staff
- Assist with permitting, locates, pre and post construction requirements

**Must-Have Qualifications**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in Greenfield / New Growth Market telecom construction**:

- Leadership experience in telecommunications, civil, or utility environments
- Proficiency with **SiteDocs** or similar HSE systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and telecom specs
- Experience with **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Telus NGM / Greenfield telecom construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
