**Job Title: Snow Plow Operator & Sidewalk Shoveller**

**About Us**:
We are a professional landscaping and property maintenance company dedicated to keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible year-round. With winter approaching, we’re looking to add reliable and hardworking individuals to our snow removal team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate snow plow trucks and/or loaders & skid steers to clear parking lots, driveways, and roads.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleared safely, thoroughly, and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment in good working order.
- Be available for on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on weather.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for plow operators).
- Experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, or other snow removal equipment (preferred).
- Physically fit and able to work in cold, snowy conditions for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
