**Assistant Lead, Course Delivery**:
**Position Purpose**
- This is a supervisory role with a mentorship program supporting the instructor team, course development processes, as well as facilitating in-person and online courses.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in review/research/edits of course materials.
- Assist with student feedback surveys review.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with onboarding process.
- Marking of NCSO/NHSA exams.
- Revisions/updates to NCSO/NHSA exam blueprint.
- Facilitate courses as per expectations.
- Assist with IBR customization request.
- Assist with course recording observations document QA findings.
- Represent ACSA in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate professionalism, fairness and ethical behaviour with all stakeholders.
- Other related duties as assigned to support organizational needs.

**Education**
- NHSA or NCSO designation or,
- OHS Certificate or OHS Diploma, and
- CRSP designation or,
- CHSC designation

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years relevant HSE experience in the construction industry.
- Relevant experience facilitating courses in an online setting.

**Skill Set**
- Excellent instructional skills—including in a virtual environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, time management and planning skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.

**Logistics**
- Daily work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Support/facilitate weekend as well as weekday training.
- This position will have potential for a hybrid work model (ACSA facility, home office).
- Some travel required.
- Reporting to the Manager, Course Delivery.
