**We provide an 8-week training program to help you be successful in this role.**- **About the job**: In this role you will acquire knowledge through **supported training** on student financial assistance programs, policies and procedures, relating to loans, grants, bursaries/awards, and scholarships. **Come and make a difference**, help students access vital financial aid, ensuring they can pursue their education and achieve their dreams

**What you bring to the team**:

Mandatory**:
- You must possess oral and written French language skills at the advanced level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.

- interact tactfully and courteously with the students, parents, staff, MPPs, and financial aid representatives- ** Thinking skills**: You can:

- assist in training new or temporary staff and sharing skills and knowledge with members of the unit- ** Computer skills**: You are proficient with:

- **What we offer**: In this bilingual seasonal role, you will be compensated, in addition to your salary as follows:
- 4.6% of gross pay in lieu of statutory holidays
- 5.75% of gross pay in lieu of vacation
- supplementary Health and Hospital (SH&H) Plan (which includes vision care and hearing aid benefits), Dental Plan, and Basic Life Insurance Plan.
- accrual of attendance credits at the rate of 1.25 days per calendar month of full attendance to be used in the event that an employee is unable to attend to work for reason of illness or injury
