Job summary:

- Troubleshoot major and minor mechanical problems
- Ability to repair and adjust mechanical components
- Complete all paperwork as required by management
- Repair and adjust truck drive lines, engines and any other necessary mechanical components
- Diagnose and determine the nature and extent of repairs
- Other mechanical repair work and duties as required
- Be available and willing to work overtime as required
- Able to perform mechanical services in shop and on site as required

Required education:

- Second, Third or Forth year HET apprentice
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Minimum class 5 drivers license
- Class 1 drivers license an asset
- Clean driving record for company insurance purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$45.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- mechanical: 2 years (required)
- Heavy Equipment Mechanics: 2 years (required)

- Class 5 Licence (required)
- Class 1 Licence (preferred)
