**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?**
- Someone that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- 3-5 years of proven success in a sales environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
- Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
- Passion for working with and collaborating with a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
