**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Halifax's Largest Real Estate Brokerage, operating across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, is looking for a full-time enthusiastic, experienced and hard-working Video Editor that has an exciting approach to editing.

This is an exciting, fast-paced and high-volume position that includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Download and organize raw footage and video assets
- Routinely create new exciting listing video templates
- Execute high quality and creative editing, colour correction and audio for the following:

- Reels
- Listing Videos
- Agent Promotional Videos
- And more..
- Support RLPA marketing department in creation of videos that support our brand
- Quality control checks before all final exports are completed
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Premiere Pro, software, etc.
- Export finalized projects according to brand style and specs
- Meet all assigned deadlines

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of royalty-free materials
- Colour correction/grading
- Comfortable under pressure
- Previous experience with Real Estate video is an asset

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of experience post-production video editing in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience with Premiere Pro
- 2+ years of experience colour grading in a professional post-production environment
- English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, projects and tight deadlines under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time | 40hrs | 9 to 5

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Video Editing/Post-Production: 5 years (preferred)

- Colour Grading: 2 years (required)
