**Position Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Health and Well-Being to join our team who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Staff Health and Well-being Strategy and programs to enhance recruitment, retention, and productivity of staff by supporting the health and well-being of our staff. They will have an innovative and creative approach to providing tools, resources, and programs that embody the intersections of well-being to enhance the holistic health of the SickKids community including employees, leaders, and more.

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**:
In collaboration with the Director of Occupational Health and Safety and other key contributors, provides leadership in updating, communicating, and implementing the Staff Health and Well-being strategy that supports the SickKids 2025 strategic directions.
Lead the Health and Well-being team including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
Lead the Health and Well-being team to ensure that SickKids maintains a comprehensive Staff Health and Well-being Program. This program covers the organization's holistic health needs including social, emotional, occupational, physical, financial, environmental, spiritual, and mental health.
Work closely with project sponsors and other partners to lead the development, implementation and operationalization of key initiatives aimed at strategic objectives (including project tracking, project management support, consultation). In year one the focus will be on workload optimization including to:
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop the structure and processes to implement and sustain a program to reduce administrative burden at SickKids.
Measure employee well-being and regularly evaluate workplace well-being programs and initiatives.
Co-Chair of the Staff Health and Well-being steering committee, responsible for planning and facilitating meetings.
Build and encourage strategic relationships between the Health and Well-being team and other teams, departments, and/or external organizations to achieve key goals and objectives.

**Here's What You'll Need**
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, HR, Occupational Health) field required; Master's degree preferred.
Certification or experience using design thinking and/or process improvement required
Five or more years of experience in project management and program development required.
Three or more years of experience leading and motivating a team of people to achieve results.
Demonstrated ability to lead the deployment of strategy by gathering and analyzing information, conducting research, and leveraging data to identify and implement best practices.
A strong understanding of holistic health and well-being and/or staff health trends in the healthcare sector with a robust understanding of how they may be applied to corporate well-being programs.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
Healthcare specific experience as well as Health and Well-being education experience preferred
