Job Title: Project Director

Wage: 175,000 to 185,000 annually
Location(s) of work: 5700 Explorer Drive, Suite 400, Mississauga, Ontario L4W 0C6 Canada. May be required to travel to worksite locations across Ontario.
Number of Positions: One (1)
Type of Position: Full-time (at least 40 hours a week)
Required Language Skills: English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically direct the operations of Bird's division, with a focus on achieving growth targets and driving operational excellence.
- Oversee the integration of services acquired through the Insulation division acquisition, ensuring seamless alignment with Bird's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance and expand Bird's operations within the construction industry.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a particular focus on highly regulated environments.
- Direct complex project portfolios, overseeing project execution, risk management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to support Bird's growth objectives and enhance our competitive position in the market.**Required Skills**:

- 10+ years of senior managerial expertise as well as proven experience in multimillion (over $100 Million), large and complex construction projects in urbanized environments.
- Ability to develop corporate strategies and long-term plans.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations and standards, particularly in highly regulated environments.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required Education:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
