**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Advertise available units on social media platforms.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and rental terms.
- Utilize software tools such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and team members to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support sales management efforts by promoting available properties and following up with potential renters.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Sales management experience is a plus; ability to promote properties effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
