This is a full-time permanent job opportunity working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

**Essential Duties include but not limited to**:

- Read specifications to determine quantities of materials required.
- Mix and thin paint to desired color and texture.
- Comply with Manitoba Health and Safety Standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Completion of a three to four-year apprenticeship program or over 3 years of work experience in trade, some high school, college, or industry courses.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Ability to provide quality work and comply with Thorwin quality standards.
- Good understanding of safe work practices.
- Able to move and lift 50 lbs.
- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Outdoor conditions may include dust, heat, cold, rain and noise
- Physical strenuous work
- Working at heights

**Others**:

- With a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to various sites.
- Own PPE
