YOUR IMPACT
The Lead Financial Analyst plays a crucial role within the business FP team, supporting the expanding Customer Success organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making—leveraging financial modeling, system expertise, analytical thinking, and communication skills to provide operational support that drives optimal financial outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with key operational leaders, contributing directly to budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and ongoing financial analysis to support our commercial objectives. You will also develop KPIs, analyze performance deviations, and deliver actionable insights that shape decisions across the business.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Partner with operational teams to support key commercial initiatives and business objectives
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Define and monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators
- Investigate variances from plan, provide detailed explanations, and contribute to corrective action strategies
- Refine forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and consistency
- Analyze expenses to identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Deliver insights through trend analysis and performance evaluation
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support senior leadership decision-making
- Conduct special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of financial principles and strong business acumen
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis
- Proficiency with tools such as SAP, BPC, or Power BI is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
