**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate a flatbed tow truck safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls and provide roadside assistance as required.
- Assess vehicle situations and determine appropriate towing and loading methods.
- Interact with customers in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
- Accurately complete service records, including vehicle condition and incident details.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (flatbed towing experience preferred)
- Willing and available to work 10 to 12 hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in towing or commercial driving is an asset
- Comfortable working with and around a variety of vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and securing vehicles safely
