**Regional Sales Manager**

In order to support our growth, we are currently looking for a **Regional Sales Manager**. The position is located in **Toronto**.
- Manage & oversee a team of trade show sales reps in Ontario
- Recruit, train & manage sales reps
- Lead weekly client status calls
- Lead as a strategic sales advisor to client team
- Set targets for the sales team, track and report on ongoing performance
- Be in field with your team on a regular basis (including weekends when required) to coach and mentor them
- Manage weekly and monthly scheduling with all reps
- Ensure that all set ups adhere to brand standards
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Prepare performance reports weekly for the client

**Skills and qualities required**:

- Results-oriented, client-service oriented, solutions-oriented, sales-oriented
- Minimum 5 years sales experience (managing a sales team an asset)
- CPG experience an asset
- B2C trade-show experience an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience using Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, with enthusiasm, and persuasion
- Entrepreneurial profile / portfolio strongly consider a asset
- Ability to manage scheduling, training, in-field executions simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills and high resistance to stress
- Ability to travel (full time access to a vehicle required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales Occupations: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
