Barrie, Canada Matsu Manufacturing Full time

The incumbent shall manage associates on a day to day basis on the production floor with Safety, Delivery, Quality and Cost in mind. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty of a JIT, (Just in Time) manufacturing process. All safety through out the plant must be maintained. Recognize and react to safety issues on the production floor, promote safety, meet safety standards as outlined. All produciton requirements for each process must be be achieved and maintained. Countermeasures and procedures must be audited as required. Quality must be maintained through checks of jig and weld conditions, inspects and checking parts sporadically. Ability to support customer requests in accordance to specifications. Maintain cost effectiveness aby controlling consumption and reducing down time.
