Our company is in need of a dedicated sales force with a strong background in home construction and energy efficiency,

Your approach will be specifically targeting low income and 55+ communities.

This project revolves around promoting provincially funded home renovation rebates through door-to-door sales.

Key Requirements: - Sales team with experience in home insulation and energy efficiency. - Targeted approach towards suburban neighborhoods, 55+ communities, mobile home parks, First Nations communities. - Ability to convey information about home renovation rebates clearly and persuasively.

Ideal Skills: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong understanding of building envelopes - Experienced in door-to-door sales Your mission will be to engage homeowners and inform them about these valuable rebates, ultimately driving interest and participation in the home renovation rebate program. Clients can receive the insulation upgrades at a Very low cost and the turnover rate is very successful.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $75,000.00-$170,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
