**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including pie, bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Decorate cakes and other desserts according to customer specifications and bakery standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring quality presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Skills**
- Proficient in baking techniques and recipes, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Experience in pie baking is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both baking and presentation.
