**Responsibilities**
- Scrutinize incoming data
- Process data according to client specifications
- Process Mailing Data
- Create production Data Proofs for customer sign off
- Data merge
- Initiate outgoing calls as required
- Work with members of the Data team to help move orders into and through production for fast, efficient service
- Liaise between IT Director, Customer Service and Management to correctly process and complete orders
- Help continue to build and nurture relationships with new and existing clientele.
- All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
**Requirements**:
Fluency in the English language is a must
Past experience in the mailing or bindery industry is preferred.
Microsoft Office Knowledge
Highly proficient with Excel, Adobe, Mail Merge software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
