**Position Overview**:
As a bartender at Berczy Tavern, you’ll be at the heart of our bar experience, crafting classic and modern cocktails, curating an exceptional drink menu, and ensuring our guests have a memorable time. You’ll also collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service that matches the energy of our venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and providing outstanding customer service
- Ensure proper mise-en-place for the bar and assist with inventory management
- Follow all alcohol service regulations and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience
- Assist in creating and testing new cocktails and seasonal drink offerings
- Handle payment transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Smart Serve certification required
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
