We’re looking for two dedicated, caring and Certified Préposé aux Bénéficiares (PAB) for a senior female. **This family is hiring for two different caregivers to split between Monday - Saturday 7am-9pm (Two 7 hour shifts). Ex: Hiring one caregiver for 7/7:30am-2pm and a seperate caregiver for 2pm-9pm. Family is flexible on exact scheduling but will need to be consistent once agreed upon.**

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
Personal care:

- Companionship
- Help with mobility or transferring (uses a walker and is at risk for falls)
- Help with personal hygiene (wears adult diapers)

Homemaking:

- Meal prep and set up
- Cooking is an interest of hers. We are seeking a caregiver that would spend time cooking some of the recipes with her while sitting in her wheelchair so she can participate.
- Light household duties

Care Recipients Interests:

- Get hair done or going to nieces home which is down the street.
- Now that the weather is nice, get her out for walks.
- Cooking with assistance

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to anticipate client's needs and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Certified Préposé aux Bénéficiares (PAB) is preferred
- Must be okay with accepting Cheque Emplois (CLSC program) that gets deposited every 2 weeks in the caregivers account, remainder of pay will be topped off with cash.
- References and criminal record check required.

*We are not an agency: Wellthy provides Care Coordination services to families nationwide. A part of our services include presenting caregivers to our customers for potential hire. Caregivers are hired privately by each family and are not hired by Wellthy.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
