**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, roof trusses
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Perform concrete finishing tasks as needed for foundation work
- Install all required materials to complete the building envelope
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, strong knowledge of current standards required at interviewing.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure structural integrity
- Ensure self-understanding and adherence; as well as lead team members to adhere to DTL's quality of work, safety standards and efficiency.
- Lead crew members.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter in residential or commercial construction (8+ years)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics
- Experience with power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete finishing techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
