**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with children in a classroom setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide caregiving support, including assistance with meals, hygiene, and daily routines.
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns to communicate with parents or guardians effectively.
- Create a positive environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth among children.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Educate children on basic life skills, social norms, and personal responsibility through interactive play.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational capacity is preferred.
- A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
- Flexibility to adapt activities based on children's needs and interests.
