**YOUR MISSION**

As Maitre D’, you’ll be the guardian of top-tier service, leading the service team and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels valued. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their table with care and professionalism
- Providing full service, from order-taking to payment, including beverage preparation and anticipating guest needs
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen to coordinate timely food and drink service
- Supervising the service team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive, motivating atmosphere
- Handling guest complaints and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the dining area
- Assisting with HR and operational duties such as recruitment, training, inventory management, and schedule planning
- Working in synergy with spa teams to deliver a cohesive and elevated guest experience

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry, with a strong sense of leadership
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to deliver personalized, high-quality service
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A natural leader who can motivate, inspire, and guide a team to excellence
- Knowledge of wine and mixology is a definite asset

**YOUR SCHEDULE**
- **Full-time position (32 to 40 hours/week)**
- Variable schedule, including **evenings, weekends, and holidays
