Working with team to support analyzing data, change management, project management and project implementation - Lead CI events (Kaizens, LSS Tools, Project based learning) - Be an active guide and coach to all roles and functions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement - Provide input into strategic business planning - Review and analyze programs and systems to ensure continuous improvement targets are achieved - Facilitate CI training opportunities - Conduct toll gate reviews as teams progress through DMAIC - Assist with risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators, Critical to Quality and control plans for process improvement - Communicate and celebrate accomplishments - Share best practice sharing. - Ensure the implementation of Six Sigma Lean solutions that are efficient and improve overall workflow, quality, cost and Employee and Customer Experience **What YOU bring to the role**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) and a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in continuous improvement or; - Other professional diplomas and a minimum of 4 years of prior experience in continuous improvement. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (an asset); - Experienced in working with cross-organizational teams. - Experienced in working with cross-organizational teams. - Project management training and experience - Experience managing budgets and analysing financial elements of projects - Strong facilitation collaboration skills - Analytical, problem-solving experiences. - Working knowledge with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; - Planning and time management; - Proficiency in MS Office suite and Analytical Tools - Strong leadership competencies - Strong verbal and written communication - Organizational skills - Action oriented and ability to make decisions. - Excellent written and oral communication skills Dynacare has been a “Top Employer” for many years and there is a reason why.
