**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct and install wooden frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs, based on project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
- Utilize hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills, as well as power tools for efficient construction.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks as required for specific projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with building codes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to framing.
- Strong understanding of drywall installation techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with concrete finishing and forming is a plus.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
