**JOB DETAILS**:We are currently accepting resumes for Sprinkler Fitter journeypersons for work in the Ft McMurray Oilsands Region, within the Alberta region and Edmonton area.

**Wage**
Journeyperson - $48.11/HR (Total Package including pension and benefits = $65.98/HR) with wage increases to come over the next 3 years.

**REPONSIBILITIES**:

- Read & interpret blueprints, evaluate plans diagrams, specifications, schematics, and manufactures manuals.
- Install wet and dry sprinkler systems as per the NFPA and Building Code.
- Blazemaster experience and certification are an asset.
- A drug and alcohol test may be required pending client requests for pre-access on some projects.
- Execute work safely and promote safe work behaviour with peers.
- Travelling to/from various job site locations.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:

- 5+ years of experience installing and servicing sprinkler systems
- Familiarity with applicable NFPA Codes
- Ability to read & understand blueprints
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to complete documentation with detail & accuracy
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50lbs)
- For the Oilsands Opportunity, ESC Fall Protection, ESC MEWP, H2S and First Aid are required and will be provided by the employer once staffing is confirmed.
- Valid driver’s license

**SCHEDULE**:

Pay: $65.98 per hour
