As a Warehouse Employee at Barclay Sales, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing products, as well as preparing orders for shipment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and unload shipments, verifying product quantities and condition
- Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed)
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Ensure accuracy of inventory through regular stock counts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training available if needed)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
