Mrs. Dunster’s has been a family tradition throughout the Maritimes and Maine for 50 years. We are a local, family owned and operated fresh bakery, with bakery operations in Sussex, NB, and Moncton, NB. **Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work 10 hour shifts including days/nights and weekends.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Oversee daily bakery production, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets.
- Work with the managers in regard to employee reviews, and any required disciplinary action.
- Building and supporting a safety culture and managing a safe work environment for all Team Members.
- Participating in ongoing H&S training and audits.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining product integrity; practicing highest levels of GMP’s and conforming to HACCP pre-requisite program and all associated SOP’s.
- Partnering with site QA, ensuring food safety and quality are maintained at all times through a rigorous QA program that meets SQF (Safe Quality Food) requirements.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement, 5S and process control where all team members know they have what they need to be successful.
- Driving & encouraging work area ownership on a team that exceeds expected levels of cleanliness and orderliness.
- Operate Bakery equipment when necessary
- Manage bakery performance and monitor KPIs.
- Managing waste, yield, material, and labor targets in line with budget.
- Ensure all checklists are followed and used properly.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is maintained and kept up to date.
- Participate in production planning and scheduling.
- Partner with the Maintenance team to manage downtime effectively and resolve production issues.
- Partner with the Product Development team to support development of new and innovative products.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Food industry: 1 year (required)
- Supervising: 2 years (required)
- Production: 2 years (preferred)
