Sales Associates/financial Services Associate

**This position will be ¾ time as the Sales Associate and ¼ time Financial Service Associate** It is a full time position.

**Sales Job Description**
- Assist customers with buying decisions
- Help customers select the unit which best fits their needs and advise on towing requirements
- Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units
- Present and sell other value-added options
- Write deals to present to sales manager/general manager
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
- Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals
- Continually review manufacturers website and other RV websites to stay current on trends and models improvements.

- Professional Appearance - safety gear as needed; example-steel toe shoes
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- General knowledge of recreational and automotive parts and mechanical operations

**Financial Services Advisor Job Description**
- Generate additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs for new and used recreational vehicles.
- Sales Manager will work with sales person and customer to get payments range and budget requirements taken care of to the satisfaction of the customer in order to move forward with a deal. Deal will already be structured upon turnover to Finance Office.
- Financial Services Manager (FSM) will then be handed all necessary paperwork from sales person to commence deal
- It is the FSM responsibility to then offer 100% of the products available to the customer a 100% of the time based on being cash or finance.
- Upon approval or denial, the FSM is to then contact the customer to discuss. If approved, to make an appointment to get all paperwork taken care of.
- If customer is opting to pay cash, it is the FSM responsibility to discuss cash options as well as offering combined finance/cash options.
- Upon completion of paperwork with customer, ensure packages of paperwork are made up for parts, service and sales manager.
- It is the FSM’s responsibility to take care of all licensing and to ensure the service department received license plates for demo day and the customer has ownership for demo day pick up as well
- On demo day, when customer is picking up trailer, it is the FSM responsibility to meet with customer and go over any remaining paperwork that there may be. Thank the customer for their business and then hand them over to the service department to commence their walk through. The FSM will be the first person to meet with the customer on demo day to ensure all trailer documents are complete and nothing is missing.
- Be part of the sales team as a whole, which may include**
- interviewing potential customers, complete interview sheet
- going over floorplans to see what meets their needs
- taking customer to see units on the lot until sales person become available.
- touching of the desk and assistance with paperwork as per World of Training process.
- write up a deal and gather necessary paperwork to assist sales people when busy.

Any and all other jobs as requested by Sales Manager or General Manager or Fixed Operations Manager in the absence of the Sales Manager or General Manager.

Good communications skills are a must.

Previous sales experience is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
