**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare components by cleaning, deburing, inserting plugs, fittings, motors, pneumatics, electrical connectors, and perform tests, recording the results on the injection unit Assembly Certificate
- Ensure components and hardware meet correct specifications;
- Prepare sub assemblies and install, torque to specification
- Ensure components are installed within tolerance limit, and label where required
- Prepare electrical connectors install wires in corresponding zones as per electrical drawing specifications
- Conduct electrical tests as required and record results on the E-MULTI Assembly Certificate
- Prepare pneumatic connectors and feed lines in corresponding circuits as per general assembly drawing
- Ensure that all machining/assembly tasks are completed in accordance with specified times to meet customer delivery schedule
- Retro fit and or repair EMulti injection units
- Conduct minor preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled;
- Complete minor troubleshooting as required
- Notify Production Supervisor when run times are incorrect or product will not meet timelines
- Report discrepancies to the Production Supervisor

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience in the field (mechanical, general machine mold makers, toolmakers).
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for electronic assembly, soldering, and desoldering components.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve assembly issues or defects in the final product.
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors to report progress, and issues, and ask questions when necessary.
- Willingness to learn new assembly techniques and adapt to changes in production processes or technology.
- Ability to multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications or training in electronic assembly, such as IPC (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) certification
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations, such as ISO standards, can be advantageous
