**Kinetic Environmental Ltd.** has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a **Supervisor **to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful.

**Position Specifications**
- 3+ years experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) hazardous materials abatement and demolition as a Supervisor
- Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
