Live-in Superintendent

We are excited to be adding a Live In Superintendent to our dynamic team of property management professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to tenant work order requests and other building work orders, as directed by the Maintenance Manager
- Participate in an on call rotation schedule with other staff members
- Attend to emergency after hour calls from tenants, when on call
- Help maintain the building and grounds, including snow removal and assist with various building maintenance tasks
- Routine housekeeping duties will be required as well around the building.
- Assisting in the turnover of vacated apartments for new tenants
- Communicating with the Rental Office and Building management about found issues and potential hazards
- Creating positive, professional and polite working relationships with our tenants.
- Working in compliance with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and legislation.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years related experience
- **Must have a clear criminal record**:

- Must provide your own steel toe work shoes or boots
- Ability to read/write and speak English. Bilingualism as asset but not required
- Working knowledge of multi-residential building systems & equipment
- Working knowledge of Ontario Tenant Protection Act, an asset

**Salary**: $606.80 per week
