Driving Instructor

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and training new drivers in safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. Your primary goal will be to ensure that students develop the necessary skills and confidence to become responsible drivers. This position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

**Duties**
- Conduct one-on-one driving lessons with students of varying skill levels.
- Educate students on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle maintenance.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and learning pace.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
- Maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere during lessons to encourage student confidence.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding lesson schedules and progress.
- Stay updated on state driving regulations and instructional techniques.

**Experience**
- Must have completed the MTO-approved in-car training course.
- Previous experience in teaching driving instruction is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts understandably.
- Experience in educating individuals or groups, particularly in a hands-on environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay: $18.81-$39.67 per hour
