**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from pre-construction to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, performance, and payments.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Resolve issues related to design, scheduling, or construction challenges.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plans.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including RFI responses, change orders, and status updates.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and material delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- OSHA certification is an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily on-site visits with some office work.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
