Responsibilities include: cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, organization, presentation, being respectful and careful with contents/clients and being punctual.

Qualifications include: attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, ability to work independently or as part of a team. Being able to drive is preferred, you will need to bring your own vehicle to our jobsites.

Work Environment: Can vary depending on the job, some jobsites can be very clean while others can be very dusty and messy. Some sites can be very busy or can be super quiet. This job can be very labor intensive as you are always moving around.

Hours/Time of Day: Jobs can be in the day time or late at night or in evenings. We get residential and commercial jobs so the hours can vary.

Location of Work: Most of our jobs are in the Durham Region, we extend out to Kawartha Lakes (Lindsay), Peterborough, Northumberland County (Cobourg) and sometimes the east end of Toronto.

With this position you will be brought on as a private contractor or sub contractor.

Benefits of being a contractor vs an employee as with most companies you are required to drive from site to site in your own vehicle so when we bring you on as a contractor you are now able to expense car repairs, fuel, insurance, cleaning supplies that are not company provided, etc.

This comes into play during income tax season so instead of losing out on the money you have to pay when working with someone else on these items we empower you by showing you the processes and different ways on how you can save money on these items and not pay tax.
