We are looking for a Customer Representative with previous retail experience to provide top-notch collaborative support to our current employees and prospective consignors and clients. In this role, you will be working directly with customers to provide excellent service and help in handling our online store which would include but not be limited to
- Satisfy customers and handle complaints using good customer service skills; respond to customer requests.
- Staging and taking photos of products.
- uploading onto our e-commerce store.
- research and pricing of products.
- general up-keep of the physical store.
- Shipping of products sold online.

Previous experience working in a consignment store is a plus*

Hours are 12 PM - 6 PM

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterloo, ON N2V 1V9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
