**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day to day operations
- Providing amazing customer service
- Coaching team members
- Managing a small team of awesome professionals
- Ensure each customer experience is met with a warm and genuinely sincere manner
- Assisting patients with frame selection and offering knowledgeable lens recommendations
- Use business tools to build patient base and achieve/exceed sales and profitability
- Exceed customer expectations by assisting in fulfilling their needs by recommending the best eyewear solution.
- Meet and exceed personal targeted goals, effective use of selling skills, and follow-up service
- Frame adjustments and repairs
- Accurate inventory management and credit returns
- Dispensing contact lenses best suited for patients
- Insurance submission and reconciliation
- Scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail with accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be well groomed with appropriate attire
- Previous optical experience
- Organized with outstanding time management
- Able to work weekends

Optician License will be prioritized

No late evenings, Sunday's or public holidays. Our clinic hours are Monday to Saturday.

**Salary**: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
