**Duties**:

- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situation
- Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options and products
- Negotiate mortgage terms and conditions with lenders to secure the best rates and terms for clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client files simultaneously
- Proficient in using mortgage software systems and technology tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

As a Mortgage Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting clients throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to closing. You will have access to a wide range of mortgage products and lenders, allowing you to find the best solutions for your clients' needs.

To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Mortgage Agent or willing to obtain the necessary licensing. Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $37,473.28-$297,000.00 per year
